Good with one defect & delivery not well coordinated

Great product - but two issues: delivery was not well coordinated re: timing etc by the after sales person who called me re: delivery.
More important - the latch that holds the tray inside the bar is not fitted well and falls off - while you can mechanically force it to close - the latch is missing a piece that should hold it together.
