-45 ml light rum
-22.5 ml ounce fresh lime juice
-7.5 ml sugar syrup
1. Pour the light rum, lime juice and sugar syrup into a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.
2. Shake well.
3. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

Though adding more ingredients, such as grapefruit changes the colour substantially, the classic Daiquiri’s sheen goes well with demure serving trays such as our Arroyo tray.
